The NRCGA’s 2022 Annual Utility Locate Rodeo winner, Gregory Carreras, will compete in the International Utility Locate Rodeo in Springfield, MO. Carreras is a locator with the city of North Las Vegas. The NRCGA will sponsor Carreras travel as part of his prize package for winning the NRCGA rodeo.
