Southwest Gas Southern Operations Center 1060 Alper Center Dr., Henderson, NVThe NRCGA's 2022 Annual Utility Locate Rodeo winner, Gregory Carreras, will compete in the International Utility Locate Rodeo in Springfield, MO. Carreras is a locator with the city of North Las Vegas. The NRCGA will sponsor Carreras travel as part of his prize package for winning the NRCGA rodeo.
